Oh, and for those of you who wonder, I cooked my Chayote and it was fantastic. Going to make the other one into a salad of some sort this afternoon. And I am going to make some green chile. I love that stuff. And I am going to make tamales for the Tuesday lunch. Man, I am tired. Think I will go back to bed.

One of the roofers here in town accidently nailed his hand to the roof today with one of them nail-guns . . . The rescue squad didn’t attempt to remove the nail, they just cut a hole in the roof around the man’s hand and took him to hospital with part of the roof still attached . . . The doctors removed the nail but are treating the man for shingles . . .
